After moving to London at 18 and working long hours in events, yoga became my anchor - a place to slow down, breathe and reconnect with myself.
I’ve practiced for many years across styles from Rocket to Yin, and I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Sampoorna Yoga School in Goa, training in Ashtanga Yoga.
My classes are Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa: strong, dynamic, and breath-led, with sequencing influenced by the Primary Series. Expect a mindful flow that builds heat, strength, and focus, while keeping you connected to how the practice feels rather than how it “should” look. Options and modifications are offered throughout so you can meet yourself where you are.
I teach from the heart and love creating a supportive space where you can explore the balance of effort and surrender – on and off the mat.
