I started my journey in acute medicine healthcare with the NHS, but it was yoga that truly helped me find balance and reconnect with myself. What began in 2017 as a way to manage stress soon became life-changing, leading me to complete my 200- and 300-hour trainings in Rishikesh, India in 2024.

 

In my classes, yoga isn’t about touching your toes, it’s about slowing down, taking a breath, and noticing what your body and mind need. I offer a welcoming space where you can simply show up as you are and connect with you again.
