Hot Vinyasa Yoga

I have practised yoga for nearly 20 years and I have recently completed 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Training, and Flexibility Coaching.  I started yoga as a way to keep my body flexible.   I quickly learned the importance of gaining balance between the mind and body.   The benefits of the synchronicity of breath and movement to maintain a positive headspace as well as a strong body, not just in class, but in life, are so important and more recently I have realised I am so grateful for this.

I teach a vinyasa style flow which can be slow and deep, or powerful and challenging, but ultimately with understanding that it is not about the destination, it’s about the journey and what we learn along the way while building inner calm, physical strength and clarity of mind.  I try to flow in a sequence that is accessible for all and my practise is based around enjoying your time on your mat - it isn’t about the perfect pose, or the perfect body, it is about balance and listening to your needs.
