Warm Yoga is great for those students who have tried hot yoga and found the heat too intense for their practice. Warm yoga allows you sufficient heat to feel comfortable and enables you to enjoy the benefits without sweating profusely.


Students with high blood pressure can practice yoga in warm heat safely and comfortably. Pregnant students can also benefit from the warm and relaxed surroundings the warm studio has to offer.
