My first yoga class was in 2013 and like most people it was because of a hectic lifestyle and a difficult time in my life. Ever since then, I have practised different styles of yoga on and off.
I have relaxed in Restorative yoga classes, worked on my strength in Ashtanga classes and developed my poses in Bikram and Hatha yoga. Yoga has changed my life in many ways. Given me confidence, taught me acceptance and assisted me to build balance in my life.
In 2018 I made my biggest decision of my life so far, I moved to India to truly understand every aspect of yoga and trained to become Yoga teacher.
I am now a registered Ashtanga Flow and Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher (200HYA) and enjoy teaching both beginner and intermediate levels. I am passionate in focusing, not only on the physical element of yoga, but also strengthening and relaxing the mind in our practice too.
Throughout my classes you will try different meditation forms that I have learnt on my travels, and discover the importance of controlled breathing. I take deep satisfaction in getting to know my students and will customise my classes to suit your needs. My mission is to support you with the yoga tools for a happy, balanced life.
