I teach a variety of yoga classes, ranging from Scaravelli inspired Hatha Yoga to Vinyasa Flow, incorporating asana, pranayama (breathing practice), energy-balancing practices and meditation. I’m sensitive to my students’ needs and adapt my classes accordingly.
I’m experienced in training people at all levels, ensuring that beginner students are guided in a way that builds confidence and increases their abilities at a pace that’s comfortable for them, but also keeping more advanced students engaged and challenged.
With my formal training in yoga (RYT200 & 500hr, REPs), exercise science, Pilates and shiatsu, I have a good understanding of the workings of the body – both physically and energetically. I assist clients with various injuries – from back pain to sore knees – helping to rehabilitate and ensuring that other injuries are not exasperated.
